At VARGO, we always strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. However, if the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or is defective, we are ready to support you in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
1. Product Warranty
We provide a warranty for all our products in accordance with the manufacturer's conditions. The warranty period may vary depending on the type of product and is specified in the warranty card or documentation accompanying the product.
The warranty covers the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Breakdowns resulting from manufacturing faults.
- Improper use.
- Mechanical damage.
- Violation of operating, storage, or transportation conditions.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", you have the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product was not used, retains its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels, and is accompanied by all documents confirming the purchase.
To arrange a return or exchange, you need to:
- Contact our customer support via phone or email.
- Provide the product along with all documents and packaging.
- Wait for the product to be inspected for return conditions compliance.
Refunds are made within 7 working days after the product has been received and inspected. The money will be refunded in the same way the payment was made. If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account you provide.
4. Product Exchange Procedure
If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact our customer support, and we will help you find a replacement. The exchange is possible if the desired product is in stock. In case of a price difference, an additional payment or refund will be made.
